Marketplace role

SPARE PARTS HUB helps buyers publish part requests and suppliers respond with offers. Unless explicitly stated, we are not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, shipper, or payment provider. Users remain responsible for verifying part fitment, condition, authenticity, price, taxes, delivery, and counterparty credentials.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or fraudulent content; interfere with the service; scrape protected data; or misuse another user’s account. We may suspend content or access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.

Content and availability

You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us permission to host, display, process, and share it as needed to provide the service. Features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees and SPARE PARTS HUB is not responsible for indirect losses or disputes between users. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
